Description
The vegan manufacturing formula of the Pastello Lipstick from Neve Cosmetics is enriched with conditioning oils and vegetable wax. The product impresses with its variety of colours as well as its high opacity and precise pencil shape.
Use:
- With the pen tip, Lips can be easily contoured. If you want your lips to appear fuller or narrower, you can move the contour slightly outwards or inwards. Less than half a millimetre can make a big difference here.
- To fill your lips with colour, it is best to place the pencil on the side. Due to the slightly creamy texture of the pencil, the colour is easy to apply.
