The Brow'tastic Fiber Pencil for defined and full brows thanks to integrated fibres that cover even the smallest hairs. Thanks to its matte texture, it creates a clear, impressive look and does not look too intense or painted on.
For correct use, determine the beginning and end of the browbones, then trace the contours of the brows. Finally, fill in the area within the contour.
