Dr. Hans-Ulrich Scheller had a vision: bringing trendy make-up products to the German market at reasonable prices. Manhattan has been producing its own products in Eislingen, Baden-Würtemmberg, since 1964. A lot has happened since then yet Manhattan has stayed true to its values:
