The Creatine+ Straight Neutralizer is a strengthening formula that conditions the hair during perming and straightening services. The new combination of hydra-conditioner molecules gives the hair increased elasticity, resilience and shine. It is infused with a rose fragrance.
This formula is designed to work with Wellaplex to restore hair bonds for increased resilience.
