The Trend Double pelvic floor trainer by Joyballs is made from medical-grade Silikomed® and is both hypoallergenic and BPA-free. Its long retrieval loop ensures easy and comfortable handling.

Tips:
- The manufacturer recommends starting with two training sessions per day, each lasting no more than 10 minutes. Exercises can be done while standing, sitting, walking or lying down.
