Description

Neve Cosmetics combines precise lip liner and creamy lipstick with the vegan DueBaci. Make sure you have soft colour gradients on your lips with the different colours on a pencil.

  • Ø pin: 10.5 mm
  • Ø lead lip liner: 4 mm
  • Ø refill lipstick: 7 mm

Use:

  1. First, define the contours of your lips with the lip liner. Then you can use the creamier side of the pencil to fill in the rest of the lips.
  2. Then gently press your lips together to perfect the gradient.
